Thanks to a three generations’ work, we are the biggest eggplant producer in the world, also processing fruits, vegetables and a wide variety of farm products with added value.
Founded in 1953 by Mr. Juan B. Stamatopulos Chaprales, we have become an enterprise that has evolved throughout the years both technologically, and in terms of human resources by achieving continuous improvement standards aimed to satisfy the market demands.
We are the most important high quality eggplant producer throughout North America. For more than 53 years, our family has run the business providing “Premium” type products with integrity and professionalism. Today, we are the best season supplier of field grown winter vegetables, including eggplant and greenhouse bell pepper.
Our products meet the highest quality standards and are unconditionally safe.Supermarkets, retailers and those involved in food services, value our program of food security that includes third-party certification, plague control, worker training and strict attention all along the cold chain.
With a high sense of social responsibility we provide medical care, child care, education and housing to our employees. No minors are allowed to work.
