Our Products

Our limes (Persian limes) are well known not only for having a juicy pulp but their intense flavor. Persian limes offer you C vitamin and delicious fragrance. They are used in the gastronomy business and to prepare magnificent cocktails.

Our Ranch has a surface of 200 acres irrigated by 2 wells that work even in a depth of 100 meters it also has a drip system that allows us to produce 6000 tons of the best quality Persian Limes.

The Lime tree goes from 2 to 4 meters and it grows limes all year long. It´s been our devotion for this fruit what has kept us seeking for superior quality, we´ve adopted a production method that leads us to treatment and a fleet coolness of our products.

All of our limes are grown, packed up and cooled the very same day. Our cold room and tunnel allows us to cool 8 tons in 2hrs. 30 minutes, to shift from the fruit temperature from 30°C to 10°C to stop the maturation of the lime.

At the end of the day our ballets packed lemons and day´s Harvest are ready at a temperature of 10°. Limes are the loaded into refrigerated containers that go to different destinations in the world.

Our limes are sent each day to our customers through the world, they come with a freshness that guarantees a maximum time of marketing for our customers. All this was achieved while respecting and following good agricultural practices and getting better warm and safety requirement for our international customers.
