History and Antecedents

Throughout the last decades, the consumers of the world we have forgotten the importance the origin. Where comes from the products that we acquired and we used day with day? Years of globalization have done of this question, on the one hand, a question difficult to respond, and by another one, a subject to which we conferred importance less and less.

In our daily life we are consuming of products like: electrical, clothes, products of personal cleaning and taken care of, movable apparatuses and cars, between many others. This tendency has gotten to even mark one of the more elementary, vital and a daily act of consumption, as it is to bring food to our tables. Does we know where was rum cultivated the fruits and vegetables that we consumed to newspaper? , from what site comes the ingredients with which we prepared our foods? Hardly have we known these origins.
